By downloading, installing, or using BlockerPlus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

BlockerPlus is a content blocking application for Android devices that helps users block adult content, manage app usage, and track progress toward digital wellness goals. The App uses accessibility services, device administration, and optional VPN services to provide content blocking functionality.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Accountability Partner Feature

The App allows you to designate an accountability partner who can approve or deny certain changes to your settings. By using this feature:

5. Free and Premium Services

BlockerPlus offers both free and premium features. Free features include core content blocking, app blocking, and uninstall protection. Premium features are available through in-app purchases and are subject to the pricing displayed in the App.

6. Permissions

The App requires certain device permissions to function properly, including Accessibility Service, Device Administrator, and optionally VPN Service. By granting these permissions, you acknowledge that:

• •Revoking permissions may disable certain features of the App

7. No Guarantee of Complete Blocking

While BlockerPlus strives to provide comprehensive content blocking, no content filter is 100% effective. We do not guarantee that all adult or inappropriate content will be blocked. The App should be used as one component of a broader approach to digital wellness.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlockerPlus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
